Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    Lemon Topping
Preparation
    Cream together flour, butter and confectioners sugar.
    Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven until pale gold at edges (about 15 minutes).
    Pour lemon topping over hot crust and return to oven until set, about 30 minutes.
    Loosen edges; cool.
    If desired, sift extra confectioners sugar over top. Cut in squares.
    Makes 48 (1 1/2-inch) squares.
