Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cut
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp.
Leave in pan, undrained.
Add water and vinegar to dry ingredients.
Add to fried bacon pieces in pan. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Excellent on spinach salad.
