Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick margarine, softened
6 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Mix ingredients and bake in preheated pan (iron skillet). Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
