Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 slices white bread
    2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    6 to 8 large eggs
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread and cube.
    Arrange 1/2 of the bread in buttered 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Crumble sausage on top of bread.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of the grated cheese on top. Arrange rest of bread on top.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and pepper together; pour over bread mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (until set).
