Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage, cut up in chunks
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. rice
    tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine beef, onions,
    rice,
    salt and pepper.
    Mix and shape into balls.
    Put a layer
    of cabbage and a layer of meat balls in jars until jars are filled 1 inch from the top.
    Fill with tomato juice.
    Process
    in pressure canner for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
