Sweet And Sour Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    3 bouillon cubes
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    8 oz. cabbage (1-inch squares)
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    leftover beef
    1 potato, cup up into cubes
    1 diced apple
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil water and bouillon.
    Stir in brown sugar.
    Add cabbage, potatoes and tomatoes.
    Boil on high for 1 minute.
    Reduce to medium heat; cook 15 minutes.
    Add meat and apples. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add vinegar.
