Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix eggs and sugar with melted butter.
    Add buttermilk and coconut, then add the flour.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
