Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or margarine, melted
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. drained fresh or frozen berries
Preparation
    Beat egg well.
    Beat in remaining ingredients in order given. Carefully fold in blueberries.
    Bake on hot griddle.
    Makes 12 (4-inch) pancakes.
