Best Ever Clam Chowder - Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. butter
    2 cans Campbell's potato soup, undiluted
    2 cans Campbell's New England clam chowder (undiluted)
    1 small can minced onion with liquid
    1 qt. half and half
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter in Dutch oven or small roasting pan. Add soup, clam chowder and minced onion with liquid.
    Add half and half and stir together.
    Cover and bake 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Makes lots, but goes fast.
    Serve hot with bread and crackers.
