Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 can diced beets, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. horseradish, creamed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. diced green onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Dissolve jello using juice from pineapple for part of the liquid.
    Let jello set until slightly thickened.
    Add next 5 ingredients and set until firm.
    Garnish with mayonnaise, green onion and diced celery.
    Chill overnight in a closed container.
