Gaspacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil or regular oil.
    8 Tbsp. vinegar (add more to suit your taste)
    8 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt (add more to suit your taste)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove crushed garlic
    vegetables (tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, onions)
Preparation
    In a gallon jug (glass), make layers of the vegetables listed. Pour the dressing over vegetables.
    Chill overnight.
    Turn jug upside-down and marinate again overnight.
