Inside Out Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up or 4 boneless breast halves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine stuffing and margarine in a large bowl.
    In medium bowl mix soup and milk.
    Dip chicken in soup-milk mixture and then in stuffing mixture.
    Press stuffing on chicken to make it stick. Place in shallow baking pan in one layer.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
