Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck and veal
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Roman cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 garlic clove, finely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together (add a little warm water if necessary.
    Make into small balls.
    Fry in oil until lightly brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
