Apricot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. apricot jam
Preparation
    Cut butter into dry ingredients.
    Pat 2/3 of mixture into 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Spread with jam.
    Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 35 minutes.
    Cool and cut into bars.
