Shrimp St. Augustine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw peeled shrimp
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Lightly saute mushrooms, onion and peppers for 1 minute in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Blend in flour; stir and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
    Blend all ingredients, saving enough cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Place in a buttered casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
