Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    6 slices white bread, cubed (more, if desired)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs with mixer.
    Fold in bread.
    Add pineapple and juice.
    Bake in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole, uncovered, for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve warm or cold with ham as side dish or with ice cream for dessert.
