Italian Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. anise flavoring
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. margarine, melted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually with mixer.
    Add cooled margarine, anise and vanilla.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Blend into egg mixture (note:
    dough is sticky).
    Heat pizzelle iron; drop by teaspoon.
    Cook for 45 seconds.
    When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
