Oatmeal-Raisin Breakfast Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick oleo
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. old fashioned oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter and pour into a small bowl to cool.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Pour oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl; stir to mix well. Add sugar and egg to oleo; whisk smooth with fork or wire whisk. Pour over flour mixture and stir to mix well.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cookies are lightly browned.
Let cool a minute or so, then transfer to wire racks to cool.
Makes 12 large cookies.
These are a great treat for breakfast or anytime.
