Puff Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cardamon
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt half the butter in each of two 8-inch pie pans.
    Mix remaining ingredients in blender.
    Pour half in each pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Pancakes will puff up, but be soft in center.
    Serve immediately with berry sauce or syrup.
