Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. Velveeta cheese
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. cayenne
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 jalapeno, finely chopped
Preparation
    Allow cheese to soften 3 to 4 hours.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
    Form into logs or balls. Usually makes 8 logs.
    Roll in chili powder.
    May be frozen.
