Alamo Elementary Buttered Rolls(Yields 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. flour (plain)
    4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. melted butter (not margarine)
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix yeast in pan with 4 cups warm water; stir.
    Combine milk, sugar, salt, melted butter and yeast.
    Add flour (use more if needed).
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Spray pan coating or thin layer vegetable oil and 2 cups melted butter (use enough butter to cover both sides).
    Roll and cut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
