Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 bananas, crushed
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/3 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. sour milk or buttermilk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs and mix well.
    Add bananas, buttermilk and soda.
    Gradually mix in flour and salt. Bake in 13 x 9-inch baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Top with Cool Whip or vanilla cream frosting.
    This cake stays very moist.
