Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 1/4 c. cooked rice
1 c. seedless raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and salt and mix well.
Blend in milk, then add rice, raisins, vanilla and spices.
Bake in greased, 1-quart baking dish.
Set inside shallow pan with 1 inch of water. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
