Play Doh(Dough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. salt
1 c. flour
1 c. water
food coloring
1 tsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cook over medium heat until you can't stir anymore, then knead until smooth. Keep in airtight Baggie.
