Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium (1 1/2 lb.) acorn squash
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Halve squash lengthwise; scoop out.
Trim bottom, if necessary, so squash will stand level.
Blend together honey, butter, salt and pepper and divide equally among the halves.
