Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. onion powder
    4 tsp. Accent
    3 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 c. Chung King all purpose soy sauce
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat no thicker than 1/4 inch and as long as you can.
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Add meat. Let meat set in mix for 24 to 30 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Drain for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Place on paper towel and blot meat dry. Cook for 8 to 10 hours at 150\u00b0. Cook meat on oven rack and not in a pan.
