Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. caramels, melted
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Carnation milk
    2 c. pecans
    6 oz. milk chocolate chips
    4 oz. Hershey bar
    less than 1/3 block wax
Preparation
    Melt caramels and milk in double boiler. Add 2 cups chopped pecans. Drop on buttered cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 1 hour. Melt chocolate; dip candy in chocolate and place on wax paper.
