Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. pasteurized cheese or Cheez Whiz
    21 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    3 eggs, well beaten
    bread crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add water and cook until thick.
    Blend in cheese; add broccoli.
    Fold in eggs. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs (enough to top the casserole).
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6 to 8.
