Whipped Potatoes With Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chives
    salt, white pepper and nutmeg to taste
    2 medium tomatoes, each cut into 3 slices
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with all except tomatoes.
    Beat until fluffy. Place tomatoes in baking dish.
    Salt and pepper them.
    Top with potato mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
