Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 can consomme plus 2/3 can water
    1 can bouillon (beef)
    1 small chopped onion
    1 c. regular rice (not Minute)
Preparation
    Melt first 3 items and pour over rice and onion in casserole. Cook 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Cover if it gets too dry.
