Korean Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. sherry
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. sesame seeds
Preparation
    Place spareribs in Dutch oven; cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Drain off fat.
