Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 Tbsp. Crisco, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder.
    Add buttermilk and blend well.
    Add melted Crisco and blend well.
    On lightly floured surface, knead/fold.
    Cut (use 2 1/2-inch cutter or jelly glass). Place in greased pan; turn biscuits over so grease is on top also. Bake at 400\u00b0 in lightly greased pan until brown.
