Cannoli Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients together, then the liquid ones and mix well together.
Roll out dough and put around a wooden handle (use handle from broom which is well sanded), about 5-inches long.
Cut handle to 5-inch long pieces.
Yields about 25 small 5-inch long pieces.
