Chicken Rotel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) hen or 6 chicken breasts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Then cube in small pieces.
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Saute onions and bell peppers in oleo.
Mix all ingredients together and bake in buttered casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
