Oreo Hot Fudge Sundae - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    4 oz. German's sweet chocolate bar
    5 3/4 oz. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine Oreos with 1/4 cup melted butter and press in 9 x 13-inch pan; freeze 15 minutes.
    Set ice cream at room temperature for 15 minutes.
    Slice ice cream into 6 pieces and place on crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.
    In a saucepan, melt chocolate bar, evaporated milk, 1/2 cup butter, sugar and salt.
    Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add vanilla and cool.
    Pour chocolate mixture over ice cream; top with nuts.
    Freeze 30 minutes.
    Spread Cool Whip on top; garnish with nuts and freeze.
