Quick Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla extract
sifted cocoa and chocolate sprinkles
Preparation

Gradually mix confectioners sugar into cream cheese.
Melt chocolate bits in a double boiler or microwave.
Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and add vanilla extract. Roll into small balls and coat half the truffles in cocoa and the other half in chocolate sprinkles.
Chill before serving.
