Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring to boil, cook 20 minutes over low heat; stir often. Beat 1 egg yolk with 2 tablespoons milk, very slowly add to hot rice, stirring rapidly.
    Remove from heat.
    Serve warm or cold. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
