Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak (in thin strips)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 medium green pepper (in strips)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle paprika over steak and brown in skillet in butter. Add garlic and broth and simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Add pepper; cover and cook 5 minutes. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and add to meat mixture. Blend until smooth. Heat through. Serve over rice.
