All American Ham And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, scrubbed
    1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. frozen tiny peas, thawed
    1/3 c. roasted whole pimientos, drained and chopped
    4 oz. lean boiled ham, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
    4 oz. Colby cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1/3 c. prepared nonfat honey Dijon dressing
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine potatoes with enough water to cover.
    Over high heat, bring to a boil.
    Cook about 10 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
    Add green beans; cook 5 minutes longer or until beans are tender-crisp.
    Drain; remove potatoes and cool.
