Oven Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    4 large Idaho potatoes
    1 medium size onion, minced
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray a large open roasting pan (17 1/4 x 11 1/2-inch) with cooking spray.
    Add butter or margarine. Place pan in oven to melt butter.
    Cut unpeeled potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges each.
    Add potatoes to melted butter in pan.
    Sprinkle with minced onion, salt and pepper.
    Gently toss to coat.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and evenly browned, turning occasionally.
