Macaroni And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender, not browned.
    Add meat and cook until brown.
