Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sliced carrots
1/4 c. undiluted frozen orange juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots in salted water until just tender.
Drain and pour carrots in a dish.
Combine orange juice, salt, sugar and pepper in a pan and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour over carrots.
