Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
    Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
    Sift together dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Combine creamed mixture with dry ingredients and stir until blended.
    Gently stir in carrots and pecans.
    Pour into pans and bake 20 minutes.
    Cool before frosting.
