Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Swiss cheese, diced
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 celery stalk, diced
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    green lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Cook carrots in microwave for 3 minutes.
    Toss with celery and cheese.
    Line salad bowl with green leaves.
    Add salad and decorate with sliced eggs and parsley.
    Serve with an oil and vinegar dressing.
