Stir-Fry Easy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 large onion
    1 large clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. pasta
    3 c. rice
    Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
    soy sauce to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Stir-fry and toss with different types of pasta or rice.
    You may substitute or add almost any fresh or frozen vegetables you choose:
    squash, mushrooms, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli.
