Quick Baked Fillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fillet (orange roughy)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. crushed cornflakes (more if needed)
Preparation
    Dip fish in combined ingredients, except corn flakes.
    Roll in corn flakes.
    Arrange on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake in hot oven for 500\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Thaw frozen fish before dipping.
    Needs no watching.
    Do not cook over 15 minutes.
