Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 zucchini
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    3 c. cube bread with herb seasoning
Preparation
    Cube and cook
    zucchini in salt water until tender.
    Brown onion and carrots in small amount (2 tablespoons) of oleo.
    Add mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Fold
    in
    zucchini
    and
    bread cubes.
    Bake
    30 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
