Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes before assembling.
    Combine potatoes in 3-quart (13 x 9 x 2-inch) baking dish.
    Combine butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese with potatoes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
