Chiffon Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten egg yolks
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    3 beaten egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients.
    Cook slowly.
    Then soften gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
    Let chill.
    Add egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Pour in baked pie shell.
