Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
    4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded 1/4-inch thick
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix water and margarine in bowl.
    Stir in stuffing mix, peppers, half of pineapple and syrup.
    Spoon stuffing over chicken.
    Roll tightly.
    Place in a pan.
    Mix together remaining pineapple, sugar, vinegar and ginger.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake 30 minutes or until done.
